Yes. We are accepting new adult patients ahead of our October 5, 2026 opening, and you can register now to be seen in the first weeks.
No. Unlike concierge and direct-primary-care practices, there is no monthly or annual fee to be a patient here. We accept insurance, and that is it.
We care for adults 18 and older. If you are looking for care for a child, we are happy to point you toward a pediatric practice nearby.
Yes. This is a solo practice, so the doctor who sees you in October is the same one who will know your history in five years.
Let us know who you have been seeing and we will send a records request on your behalf. If you have any physical copies, please feel free to bring them to your first visit.
Your initial visit is typically 30 minutes. We will review your full medical history and medications to allow for a smooth transition to the practice as a new patient.
Most major plans, including United Healthcare, Independence Blue Cross, Aetna, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Tricare.
Your usual copay or deductible under your plan, the same as any in-network primary care visit. There is no additional practice fee.
Reach out and we will help you figure out your options. We are happy to talk through it before you commit to anything.
Yes. Moll Premier Primary Care offers self-pay at $200 for any visit. Additional charges may apply based on lab testing or other services provided. Labs are billed by the third party where they are obtained.
Same and next-day appointments are typically available for sick visits and urgent concerns.
Routine visits are usually scheduled further out than sick visits, but wait times here are shorter than at larger practices because the panel is smaller. If you have a specific concern and do not see an early enough appointment, please give the practice a call.
Mon, Tue, Thu 8:30am – 4:30pm, Wed 11am – 7:30pm, Fri 8:30am – 12:30pm.
Call the office and an after-hours service picks up. A triage nurse talks through what is going on, gives you a recommendation, and tells you whether this needs immediate medical care or can wait for the next business day. Dr. Moll is notified of every one of those calls.
For anything that is not urgent, leave a voicemail or send a message through the portal and you will hear back within 48 hours. For anything life-threatening, call 911 or go to the emergency room.
Yes, for existing patients only. Video visits are available when appropriate, including medication follow-ups and check-ins that do not require an exam. Schedule directly with our office.
If it can wait until we can see you, you are better off here with a doctor who knows your history. For anything life-threatening, call 911 or go to the emergency room. Bryn Mawr Hospital is directly across the street.
Call us during office hours, or message securely through your patient portal any time.
Yes. Secure messaging is part of your portal, and it goes to the practice rather than into a general inbox.
Within 48 hours from the next business day. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
Results post to your patient portal, and we will reach out to walk you through anything that needs explaining. You will not be left staring at a number without context.
Yes, through the portal. Refills for controlled substances require a visit. For some chronic medications you may be asked to schedule a follow-up to check in or review lab values; if so, we will reach out through the portal or give you a call.
Dr. Moll is an osteopathic physician, trained to look at how the whole body works together rather than treating one symptom in isolation. Sleep, stress, movement, and your history all shape your health, so all of it is fair game in the room. It is not a replacement for evidence-based medicine; it is how that evidence gets applied to you specifically.
Yes. Depression, anxiety, and related concerns belong in a primary care visit. Dr. Moll provides ongoing support and medication management, and refers to trusted therapists and counselors when that is the right next step.
Yes, when clinically appropriate, with ongoing monitoring and follow-up as part of your care.
We do not diagnose these conditions in this practice, but we do manage patients with an existing diagnosis. Records from the provider who was managing your medications, including what you currently take, will need to be reviewed. The diagnosis and its supporting documentation must be made by a licensed physician, a psychologist (PsyD or PhD), a certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, or a certified physician assistant.
We provide comprehensive management for ADHD using evidence-based, extended-release medications and non-stimulant treatment strategies. To ensure patient safety and optimal therapeutic stability, the practice does not prescribe short-acting or immediate-release stimulant medications. Patients requiring treatment with immediate-release controlled substances will be referred to a specialized psychiatric practice for ongoing care.
Most everyday care happens here, including EKGs, rapid testing, minor procedures, and osteopathic manipulative treatment. If you need imaging or a specialist, we coordinate the referral and follow up on the results.
We currently send patients out of the office for lab work.
Yes. Referrals, records, and follow-up are coordinated on your behalf, and Dr. Moll stays involved rather than handing you off.
